25. Regardless of who you may support, would you say that the more you hear about [ITEM] (the more you like him), or the more you hear about [ITEM] (the less you like him)?

Romney:

24% Like more
52% Like less
12% No difference

Gingrich:

19% Like more
60% Like less
10% No difference

Wow, I might need to change my signature. Sure, Obama is kind of incompetent and doesn't deserve to be elected, but his general election opponent will be supreme epic fail.

Romney's unfavorbles are starting to hurt him. Still, there's a long time until election day and once Obama goes on a negative onslaught and the GOP dons its familiar "liberal media" cloak, the president's unfavorables will rise too.

Well, Obama is a known quantity by now. For better or worse, attack ads aren't going to budge his numbers much.

Romney OTOH, as all unknown challengers, is much more vulnerable. As long as he was seen as Generic Republican his numbers were very good but not anymore.

Disastrously formatted full results: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/polls/postabcpoll_020412.html

Do you believe the tax system:
68% Favors the Wealthy
19% Fair
9% Favors the Middle Class

Raising taxes on $1 million dollar+ income:
72% Support
24% Oppose

You'd think it was 50-50 based on how loud the minority is on this issue.

The only other interesting results I could find:

Do you believe Romney paid enough taxes on his $22 mil income?
No 66%
Yes 30%

Among Adults
Obama 52%
Romney 43%

Obama 55%
Gingrich 40%
