When I still liked these bands quite a bit my order was:
1. Nirvana
2. Alice in Chains
3. Soundgarden
4. Pearl Jam
Don't really listen to any of them much anymore, although I did quite like that recent eponymous Pearl Jam album.
And I had some Mudhoney records. As influential as they might have been, they really weren't very good.
