They are in danger of losing that 1/3 + 1 as well. If it doesn't happen in 2012, it will in 2016 (maybe even 2014).

Of course they're really screwed if an initiative to lower the 2/3 requirement to 3/5 or 55% (or ideally back to the normal 50% + 1) passes.
