I think the GOP not only can win Cali in the near future but will. It will take siphoning off the more religious conservatives from the Democrats.

Yes there are religious conservatives that are minorities in California and the other states. Yet the Democrats dupe many into believing the lie that the GOP is racist. In addition to that may I also remind us that most of the champions of the civil rights movement were in fact conservative leaning and progressive Republicans.
