That's because it was the first state.....

Delaware is really boring. It might as well just not exist. However, I'd like to spend a day there just to say I've explored Delaware (it's only a 40-minute drive from here).

Don't hate on Wyoming. Wyoming is one of the best places in the world.

I go to Jackson Hole, WY every other summer. It is an amazing place.
