Look! A Ferrymander.
So yeah, I tried to incorporate all ferry routes in Washington State (we happen to have the largest ferry system in the country thank you very much). Although the little dinky things along the Columbia I simply ignored. The above is the result. If I could invade Victoria and include it into the map I would (it would make it possible to make a sea-linked San Juans-Victoria-Gulf Islands-Port Angeles). Since I had extra population to go around I decided to add in some South Sound Islands connected via bridges and Mercer Island.
59.3% Murray in 2010
82.9% white
PS: I forgot to add in the Mukilteo and Edmonds terminals so I'd just add those in and take out a chunk of West Seattle from the map.
The sea-people will rise again!
