Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! All persons having business before the Honorable, the Constitution and Law Board of the Atlas Forum, are admonished to draw near and give their attention, for the Board now has an active moderator. Dave save the Atlas Forum and this Honorable Board!
This board exists primarily for the discussion of what constitutions and laws are, and how they are interpreted. Discussion about how the law should be interpreted is welcome here, but discussion of what the law should be as opposed to what the law is generally belongs on another board.  Likely boards for topics that involve what the law should be include:
[*] U.S. General Discussion
[*] International General Dscussion
[*] Individual Politics
[*] Political Debate
[/list]
Note that meta-discussions about what should be covered in a constitution and what should be left to general law is certainly on topic for this board.
While this board is likely to see discussion mainly of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. laws, those of other countries are welcome here. Posters are requested to keep the discussion civil as failure to do so may result in penalties criminal.

True Federalist (진정한 연방 주의자):
Since we seem to get a new topic each time a lower court ruling happens, I've decided to sticky the topic concerning the constitutionality of the individual mandate and merged the most recent topic into it.

It'll stay stickied until the Supreme Court renders a ruling or the issue is rendered moot by a Republican clean sweep in 2012.

True Federalist (진정한 연방 주의자):
Keep the 2016 partisan BS off this board. Further topics specific to this election will be summarily deleted rather than moved.
