The by-law is adopted.  We can now consider the motion to disband the party. I'll now open up the floor for members to make their case for or against the motion if they wish to before we vote.

I see no reason to disband the party, I don't think that simply giving up and throwing in the towel is the correct idea.  We're still getting new members, we still are distinct from the other parties, while we might be in a rough patch right now that's hardly a reason for doing something as radical as disbanding the party.

^^^^
I've been thinking about this for the past few days and I have to say that Wormy is right.  Sure, I have been disillusioned by what has happened with this party as of late but it is a bit radical to just give up.
Just one last thought to leave everybody with:
Populares: n. pl.   1.   The people or the people's party, in ancient Rome, as opposed to the optimates.
Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary, published 1913 by C. & G. Merriam Co.

Let's try living up to this definition more in the future.

Well, if you guys still have the piss in your bladders, then godspeed.

I had just assumed the enthusiasm was dead amongst us all.

It's up to you guys, in all honesty.

We do need to hold a Chairman vote at the very least, since I'm still technically Chairman.

Do we have the option, according to the bylaws, of choosing to leave the position vacant?
