Once again pointing out the...wierdness... of guys rating each other's pictures....

Well, even if someone isn't gay, they most likely can still tell whether someone of their same gender is attractive. Someone who is confident in their sexuality can comment on another's appearance without having to worry about anything. I guess saying that someone is "hot" would imply that you yourself find them attractive, but it's still open to interpretation.

Now certainly one can wonder why someone would want to comment on the appearance of someone of the same gender if they weren't gay. I don't often do so, but if someone asks, I'll give my honest opinion.

Ok, I'm up to date on the picture thread.  I see I missed some silly Naso stuff, some silly Tweed stuff, a religious debate, and some protest pics.  Good times.

As much as I hate every and all sex threads--gay, normal, 'solitary', etc--this thread actually illustrates a minor point.

Attractive looking men are more successful in male-dominated careers such as business, law, even the military, than the plain Joes. Ugly guys, by comparison, have no hope for career advancement, outside of politics of course.

Of course, some take it too far (Ex. John Edwards.."What are you implying, just because he is a beautiful, beautiful man with hair of a pony?"--Mad TV skit), but there is nothing wrong with being easy on the eyes:



Nothing wrong in admitting it; just don't exaggerate it to extreme and 'funny' levels.
