She won't win the nomination.  The party may be stupid, but we're not that stupid Smiley.

Bayh will gain alot of exposure after winning Iowa.  Hillary will win NH.  Generic southern candidate, possibly Edwards, wins SC.  Bayh wins Missouri, and then wins big on Super Tuesday, and gets front runner status over early favorite Hillary, with generic southern candidate losing out in Missouri, Illinois, etc.  Bayh wins midwest and the south, and gains momentum based on electability over hillary.  Then that's the ball game.
