Here is a chart showing the change of voting by area inside the city of Los Angeles.  Yes, there are two glitches.  One, Los Angeles does not break precincts down by area, two, it is dependant on my ability to read their precinct maps and three, they have one of the most bizarre precinct creation i have seen!  Fourthly, no one will ever take the amount of time needed to do a better job.

Hello.  I sorry.  Yes, this is 2010 Governor and 2008 President.  I also went ahead and posted this in scribd since the chart did not come out very well in here.

The vote for Whitman in Encino should be 5160 not 8161.  Sorry!  That's why we all need proofers!
