My thread deleted, great miscarriage of justice

My recent thread on Santorum and greatness was deleted by the moderators as trolling.

I take great exception to this miscarriage of justice.

My thread was not trolling at all, it was meant to be humorous.

For anyone reading it surely it must have been obvious the replies were funny and even hilarious in cases.

From the minarets of Tunisia to the pyramids of Egypt, to the forums of Atlas, let freedom ring.

The voice of the people shall not be silenced.

Perhaps you should find a Board controlled by a mod who allows the denizens to sniff around on a longer leash. In my trade, that is referred to as "forum shopping." Just a thought.

Spade can be a soft touch, if you kiss his butt enough. Have you tried that yet?

Maybe a new Board should be set up where all the "misfits" could post, moderated by me. I think I have acquired a certain felicity in herding felines as it were. We could call it "Juvenile Hall."

But it's like he arbitrarily chose the wrong meaning.  Many transitive verbs, even the vernacular ones, have multiple possible meanings and those must be ascertained from context.  One assumes from your original choice of verbs that you meant "assail with impunity" or "harass" or "molest" or something like that, rather than "have sexual relations."  The prepositional phrase following it should have been a dead giveaway.  When that verb is used to mean "pound in a sexual manner" it is followed by a direct object, in this case Spade.  And even if the moderator knows nothing about grammar, it's so hard to imagine you objectifying Spade in that particular way that your meaning ought to have been clear.

You should have the balls to call him out on changing your meaning so radically.  (Note that by "balls" I mean "courage" or "fortitude.")

Better to let these things go uncensored, I say.  Especially since language proficiency apparently isn't a requirement for being named a moderator.
