Bush 41 didn't accomplish a lot in his Presidency and appeared to try to model his Presidency after Reagan's, but failed to do so.

The two landmarks of his term were the Gulf War (over in six months) and the recession, which wasn't all that severe. He could've done batter, but I wouldn't rank him among the worst.
