Really, why wasn't there (or was there, but I'm unaware of it) an Operation Chaos type of initiative in 1992 to help Jerry Brown win the Democratic nomination? He was obviously much weaker candidate than Clinton, especially since he was committed to run with Jesse Jackson as his VP pick.

I would think that a more likely scenario would be Democrats voting for Buchanan...
