I oppose this act and I will veto if it is passed. A "none of the Above" option is quite silly when you can either leave that part of the ballot blank or write in a candidate.

Having an aditional run off is a waste of time as well.

I really don't like this bill. I don't like the idea of a new run off election. This bill is mindless politics. This complicates the ballot and that is already confusing enough. Because of that I VETO this bill.

7/9 votes overrides the President's veto, this bill is passed.

I knew it would override. I just wanted to stick to my principles and veto it.
