No...in that case the Republican has it in the bag. The Constitution party sweeps the sagebrush West and Sharpton carries the entire South on 30-40% of the vote, so it hardly matters. Smiley

Guiliani has a shot at it if he runs.  But he won't.  So barring a disaster of this magnitude:



It ain't gonna happen.
I guess in that scenario California and perhaps Maryland would go Republican as well.
