That much of the common law not inconsistent with the Constitution of the United Forum or with any law passed by the Senate of the United Forum is the rule of decision in all matters brought before any branches of the Federal Government.

I thought that was already the position taken by the Supreme Court. If its not, its certainly how I run the AGs office.

I thought it would be better to statute it.
