...lol, I think you're misreading it. It says of the 2% of Britons planning to move in the next 12 months, 15% of those are moving to Spain.

My mum got on her hands and knees to clean a bank after it closed to earn a little extra money. I grew up in a house with no central heating and single windows that frosted inside during the winter. Condsider that young perople's eldorado seemed to be Ireland and Spain, you know, the usual leitmotiv about these "modern and fast growing" countries opposite to old and inefficient Italy.
