Basicly, if 41 wanted to run for the Republican nomination again in 1996, how would it go down?

Probably results wouldn't be much different than RL matchup with Bob Dole.

Doubtful.  The only losing incumbent President who I think could have accomplished a Cleveland since Grover showed it could be done is Ford.
