3. No person may be given a prison sentence for carrying a personal amounts of any drug.

4. Any person with a personal amount of drugs may be subject to fines:
a. $250 for a first offence.
b. $500 for a second offence.
c. $1,000 for a third offence.
d. Up to $5,000 for any further offences.
e. Fines are increased by 150% for carrying Class B drugs.
f. Fines are increased by 200% for carrying Class A drugs.

5. Any person found supplying an illegal drug shall be subject to:
a. A $2,500 fine for a first offence.
b. A $5,000 fine for a second offence.
c. A $10,000 fine for a third offence.
d. A prison sentence of up to 5 years for any further offences.
e. Fines are increased by 150% for supplying Class B drugs.
f. Fines are increased by 200% for supplying Class A drugs.

I'll modify my bill to replicate the Federal bill - https://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/Death_With_Dignity_Act

This will ensure that we have a law on the subject, should it be repealed Federaly.
