The F-22 Bill

$4,500 million per year for then next ten years will be allocated to the Department of Defense for the purpose of developing a naval version of the F-22 fighter and to accelerate the development of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.

Although i Support this bill. i would like to know why some of those who are so gung-ho about it are so set against spending some money to educate people to fly them.


My assumption is that this is still in the design stage, and prototype stage, so currently the government can't merely begin production. But the faster we develop this technology, the sooner we can teach people to fly it.
