Wow. PPP, Rasmussen and Quinnipiac all f**ked up CT GOV royally... and of course I went along with them. Sigh.

Oh well, very happy to be wrong.

If true, that's pretty good.

Republicans always lead early in Maryland.

Haha, GOP is barely going to have a net gain in governorships at this rate.

I don't want to jinx it, but the governor races are looking pretty decent at this point...

Scott by 50-47, with 2.3 Mio of the votes counted.

I guess its the early vote and according to the Susquehanna poll Scott led early voters 50-44, but Sink did better among election day voters.

According to the exit poll, Scott won Independents - but contrary to estimates - 4% more Democrats than Republicans turned out in Florida. Weird.

Haslam looks strong.

Beebe winning with 65% or so (Exit Poll).

Thanks.

Preliminary results from Mass. are giving me some hope for Patrick. Namely, he isn't getting trashed in the outer suburbs and Cape by Baker. What's in from Plymouth now is 50% Baker to 39% Patrick. That's not bad for a Dem. Patrick piled up a lot of votes in wealthy, liberal Concord, which is nice. But the missing part of the equation is the cities, where he'd need to get the lead to overcome losing the Scott Brown belt.

Patrick is at 44% in Sandwich, 43% in Yarmouth, 52% in Eastham on the Cape... Cahill is at 7% statewide but didn't completely collapse. I haven't crunched the numbers but what I see looks good for Patrick. High turnout may have brought out more Democrats.

What's the matter with Maine? Should a Cutler victory surprise me?
