I know which COUNTY has the longest partisan streak!

Doniphan county Kansas has always voted republican!

If you count Roosevelt in 1912 as a republican many counties have always voted republican, but if you count Taft as the only republican, I can only find two. That county in Kansas, and also Carroll County Illinois.
