I'm still baffled how the GOP managed to screw up the governors race, and that there's not some spill over effect in the senate race. I don't think Buck is that good of a candidate.

On the contrary, Buck is very strong candidate (save a handful of gaffes he made).

that's good to hear hopefully there will be alot of split ticketing.

Well, (just about) everyone voting for Tancredo or Maes is voting for Buck. No right-wing division in the Senate race and if you add up the Tancredo and Maes support, you still get about 50% of the vote.
