am I suppose to have contradictions with science?!  there isn't anything in EE that I have a contradiction with.  In fact, I can't even think of a single scientific observation or reproducible experiment I am in disagreement with.

but I do disagree with a lot of the nonscientific assumptions of many "scientists"

Religious craziness + applied science profession like engineering or medicine is actually not an uncommon combination, though religious craziness + actual research scientist is.

Well, your jmfcst history is a bit sketchy:  My schooling in engineering came before my salvation.  And I did work in a lab and even published a paper and gave speeches at symposiums.  But engineering didn't pay enough and was too full of introverted nerds, so I left the industry in 1994 and went into energy trading and risk analysis so I could be better paid and work around better looking women.  Of course, now I have to put up with quants and figuring out how to model and simplify their drivel, but all in all it was a good career decision.

How about the scientific observation that over 50,000 animals, 2 million insects and 8 humans (one of whom was over 800 years old) could not live in a wooden boat with dimensions of 45ft. x 450ft. x 75ft. at an altitude of 29,055ft. for a year, and subsequently repopulate the planet?

if you're talking by purely natural means, I would agree with you.  But the story of Noah's Ark is about God's means, and "with God all things are possible." (Mat 19:26)

When considering the vastness of the creation of the universe, certainly it is 100% logical to count such a task as the account of Noah as trivial for God.  On the flip side, it is 100% il-logical to believe God incapable of the task.

BTW, is there a reason why my stage name is repeatedly misspelled jmfSCt instead of jmfCSt?!

Also, not sure I understand your comment regarding the difficulty of living at an altitude @29k feet during the flood… Since the sea level would rise to 29k feet, pushing the air up along with it,  the air pressure @29k feet would be roughly identical as the pressure at a normal sea level.

I don't think there's any ulterior motive, its just that people don't ascribe a meaning to your name, so they don't type it so carefully.
