This one is pretty old, but I came across it and I just died laughing, I F***ING DIED.

I'll also add that it was probably the worst photoshop job I've ever seen.  His manhood was unfeasibly large and way too veiny.  How in the heck would gay guys (and straight girls) find that attractive?  What the hell would they do with one of those if they ever encountered it?  I doubt there's an orifice in the whole world large enough to handle it.

This guy certainly changed my opinion of Harrison Ford, let me tell you.  I always respected him as an actor until now.

And of course Spade's comment further down that page was s.o.p.   Roll Eyes

Hey Winfield, I can help increase the chances of this being seen by your target audience, if you like.  I can give you the fax number for a friend of my mother-in-law who runs a bed & breakfast in Vermont, and she can put it up on her notice board for the guests to see.  Let me know.

He deserves this for what he did to that college kid.

I can't even believe that kid let him get away with it.  He should have pushed Etheridge off him at least.

What, troll?

You heard me, unregistered voter.

...is a totally ridiculous reason to infract posters.

Holding strong opinions, expressing emotion, or employing rhetorical flourishes should not be grounds for deletion and infraction.

They used to teach rhetoric in schools; now it's an infractable offense...

The only reason one might possibly support this sort of thing is if your goal is to turn this forum into an incredibly boring echo chamber.

I totally disagree - rhetoric is one thing, excessive hyperbole is exaggeration to the extreme.  I consider it inappropriate to exaggerate beyond reason another person's position - especially to the point of disrespecting the English language.

It's an accurate perception of a party led by fascist extremists like Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi.

is about as bad as it gets... a statement as such is not only inaccurate, but shows utter ignorance for the meanings of the words "fascist" & "extremist", attenuates the true meaning of these words and deafens people to the vigilance they need to confront real threats of people that wish to institute extreme fascism (don't cry wolf).

Furthermore, lets make reasoned rhetoric and hold rational discussions - such statements as above only inflame and enrage, leading to passion instead of reason, making for poor judgement.

Thanks,
Dave

He did:

... the whining ... never ... ends ...

The abuse of moderating powers is what never ends with you.

I fully support Joe's deletion of your post for excessive hyperbole that calls the democratic party leaders "fascist extremists".

Thanks,
Dave

That was as epic as if a beam of light shot down from the heavens and announced "Dear Glenn Beck, please shut up."

No, we're just shocked at his appearances on the Atlas......no matter what he said it's gold.

I just love that Dave described a typical Libertas post as "show[ing] utter ignorance" and "about as bad as it gets".

"Who will Dave support for MA governor next month?"

Whichever candidate doesn't engage in "excessive hyperbole".

Of course, he received help from Senator Reid’s former Press Secretary (Diana Tejeda) in trying to remain in this country via subterfuge.

Of course!  When I clicked on this thread, I was like, "I bet this guy has received assistance via the subterfuge of Harry Reid's former Press Secretary, Diana Tejeda."  Called it.

I found this from the "Who will Dave Leip vote for?" thread funnier. In immediate succession:

Actually, I'll agree to that statement. When I watch news on CNN I feel like I'm being treated like an eight year old. Fox goes wrong with their horrendous opinion news, which admittedly does sometimes affect segments of their reporting.

There is, actually, a reason. A lot of Republicans run on an outright anti-African-American platform, explicitly or note. It's not that the Dems care about the blacks - it is that the Republicans care about those who hate blacks. It's the good old southern strategy in action. Honestly, I am not even certain the Republican party would have been better off electorally if it tried to attract the minority voters: it would start loosing the nativists and racists. And, lets face it, these are a major chunk of the electorate.

Sadly, he is completely serious.

The next president will have a son who will happen to be a Senator from Kentucky.
