If I could get Michigan with the favorite son affect, and I was limited to 25 states, this might be it.

If you were to pick up more than 25 states, Colorado and Arizona would definitely be under your belt.

If I won 25 (unlikely):

I got stuck after 19 Tongue, so the light blue are ones that I may be able to win, but probably wouldn't

C'mon, you'd be able to win Maine too, Vermont would be the only holdout. Wink

I'd probably get Arizona, but in any campaign that I ran, I'd actually be aiming the most for blue collar areas in a hope to get more populiat votes. I'd campaign a lost in the Mid-West and Pennsylvania, though I don't know if that owuld help me there.

You think your views/personality/ets are that out of line with America?

I'm a Marxist, atheist and Briton.

I wouldn't win a single state.

Probably being very optimistic. My social liberalism would mean that I would be dead in the water in most Republican states, but I manage to pick up Alaska and add it to my party's column, due to my more libertarian stances. Same with Montana. I manage to lose Pennsylvania and Michigan for obvious reasons. New Hampshire would probably be my best state.

25 states? This, I suppose, in five groups of five with darker shades being states I'd be more likely to win.

LOL I see what you did there.
Although you would probably do better than Mr. Me-Too Republican (ie Alf Landan).

The thought that I could win 25 states under any circumstances remotely foreseeable is well - ludicrous. Smiley

Well, given remarks that I've made on the religious right, this one seems a bit out of the question

Given my previous remarks in this thread alone I probably would be lucky to get 25% of the vote from TGI Fridays, much less 25 states.

The red is the most likely 25. The reality is that I would probably only walk away with Vermont, Rhode Island, and D.C.
