So you've run for election, and you managed to win 25 states, exactly half the possible states.

Which 25 states do you feel you won?

me:

In general, these are states with already high taxes.

Heres mah list.  Blue is what I think I could win, Red is out of the question, grey could go either way, and green is states I probably wouldnt win, but would possibly have a fighting chance at, depending on who the other person would be.

Explanation: The darkest blue states are the ones I'm most confident I could win in, while the lightest blue states are the last of the 25 I would consider winnable for myself. For the red states, the darkest reds are states that are nearly completely unwinnable for me, while the lighter red states are somewhat winnable, but still Democratic favored. All green states are states that don't belong in my first 25 but I still think I could win.

25 Blue - State's I'd win
15 Red - States I'd lose
10 Green - TCTC

Red:  Would likely win
Green: With all else equal, I'd have the advantage
Grey:  All else equal, I'd be a longshot
Blue:  No chance.  Can't contend.

I would lose every state.  I have no Public speaking ability Sad

If I got into politics it would be as someone's campaign manager and controller/puppet master once they were elected.

Those would be my 25 best states.  The bubble was between North Carolina and Ohio.  I would aggressively campaign for North Carolina, pretty much just because I like the state, but I don't think my social politics would play well there.

Realistically, the states I think I could ACTUALLY win (right now) are all the ones in red minus Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and probably Iowa and Wisconsin, although I'm not sure how an agnostic would play there.

Blue states are the ones I think I would win if the states were split 25-25.
