Teddy as Democrat and Libertas "not as Republican"? Oh boy...

But theoretically with Lib as R it's close due to the fact both are rather unelectable. A tie?

This isn't real matchup. We'd then have to delete all forum matchups with foreign poster.

True, so why is my not being a Republican issue? Tongue

If you're taking it personally or as "serious analysys or prediction" then I dare to say Atlas is a wrong place for you.

Uh, what? Huh

I was saying that if a non-American could be elected president, certainly a non-Republocrat could in this alternate universe.

He's got a point Kal, at least there isn't anything in the Constitution that says "a non-Republocrat can't be elected President."

Yes, but in reality nobody who's not a Dumorat nor Rethuglican can possibly win an election. Even with field limited to two candidates, one from major party and second from third party/independent, the one from major would always win.

That's a "charm" of two-party system.

The same with Libertas (just hypotetically, so don't get offended again, Lib) running as R and Teddy running as, for example, Green or Indy, Lib is virtually a winner due to being backed by a major party.
