The oddest thing is that he wasn't all wrong. His point was that Bush was, relatively, *much* weaker in the Upper Midwest than most people thought, and that much was quite right. He also claimed that this meant Bush was doomed, and I'm still laughing.

After reading through this thread, I guess maybe I gave Fishy and the other one too much credit. I at least thought they'd have come back by now with a consiracy theory or a garbage excuse. Smiley

Wouldn't somebody who was supposedly volunterring for the Bush Campaign as he claimed he was (even though all of us know better), be happy that Bush has won.  You would think even a pessimistic campaign worker would be more than happy to admit he was wrong.

Yeah, there's no way. I've worked on campaigns before and even if one is that pessimistic, you'e not working for a campaign, I don't think. You're probably sitting at home not even paying attention to it if you're that pessimistic. He was a Dem troll for sure.
Not showing up afterwards nails it.
Yes, he was.
Possibly a paid one, even.

C'mon folks.....he wasn't that far off:

Let us hope Bush wins WI or MN...so that nothing depends on OH in the end.

EVERYTHING depends on Ohio.  Bush will not win Wisconsin or Minnesota.

On the other hand:

Kerry will win, and Bush won't carry Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Michigan or Iowa.  The decision to waste time and money there will be proven to be idiotic.  And the GOP GOTV 72 hour plan will be a flop.  Everyone remember  this prediction and you can congratulate me later.

And if you are beyond wrong, can we point our fingers at you and laugh?  Wink

Absolutely, you can call me every name in the book and make fun of me for the next four years.  BUT I deserve the kudos if I'm correct....

We got 3 1/2 years to go guys!!!!
Yeah, but only on account of the Iowans...they'll burn in hell for what they've done to my pal, the fish... Cheesy

I think Lewis is Lewis Trondheim. Might be mistaken though.
