Your opinions on what were the most important issues facing the VOTERS. Don't feel obligated to mention all 20 just the most mportants ones.

Ideally, mention all 20 in order of importance.

In a loose sense, that probably falls under urban issues and "Southern issues," despite the obvious generalization.
