I don't think Jeb would win since his name isn't George, but in 2016 George P. Bush shall be the Third Coming.

Only if one of them establishes residence outside of Texas.

As far as George P. goes, he'll only be 40 in 2016.  They should proabably wait until 2024 or so to run him out there.  And give him a good, solid 4-6 years as Florida Governor first.
