-Mitch is a budget hawk, a foreign policy hawk, and a social conservative. So he's pretty much the generic Republican, except more honest.
-He does but he's not one of the more activist members like Palin and Haley.
-CUT THE DAMN SPENDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-He was born in Pennsylvania and spent most of his adult life in Indiana. I can see him flipping MN, IA, WI, IN, OH and PA, plus VA and FL (he grew up down South and has connections there)
-He himself is a minority (Syrian). He has support in Florida from Rubio and in New Mexico from Martinez, so he could easily pull out wins there, not to mention the easy GOP states like Texas and most likely Arizona
