Does it really bother if you someone misses three elections and starts voting again? If so, why?

Not at all.  My whole point with this has escaped you.

My point was, the voter rolls under current law are an inaccurate inflation of the number of voters that we actually have.  I am attempting to bring that number closer to reality.  I am not trying to disenfranchise anyone- and I think my own record of voting against anti-zombie legislation speaks to that.

Why is that important? Can't we just subtract people who have missed elections to get an idea? Can't we just look at how many people voted in the most recent federal election?
