Actually the district currently isn't so far off from that, you just have to remove St. Cloud. Do so and you would have removed all strip clubs from it. Almost all strip clubs in Minnesota are in MN-01, MN-05 or MN-08.

Actually you don't even have to remove St. Cloud, turns out the strip clubs over there are north of the city in Rice and an unincorporated area.
