Those are the best numbers Lincoln's had in ages. Outlier methinks.

Both Lincoln and Halter would be crushed in the general....but I'd very much enjoy watching Lincoln lose as soon as possible.

You'd think  that in 2010 Arkansas, but Halter runs close to even or slightly ahead of every GOP candidate but Boozman, and only 7 points behind him. (I wish they'd polled the GOP primary race too). Again, I think these numbers are uniquely favorable to Lincoln compared to other recent polls, so I suspect the poll has a not-unusual for R2K slight Dem bias.

Still, it's encouraging enough to say Halter might have a chance in November, or at least can make it a real race.
