1920

2000 was unfair, but it was one of the most exciting and world-changing elections in history. If we start to vote based on partisan hackery, then it's gay.

By "unfair" I mean when the winner of PV loses in the Electoral college. It could have happened in 1960, but didn't.

By "unfair" I mean when the actual results are in serious doubt, and the SCOTUS uses this as an excuse to effectively appoint the next President based on their own partisan hackery (and I would have said the same thing if it had gone the other way). The fact that my vote also spites the people who did vote/are voting for 2008 is just icing on the cake.
