Official Supreme Court Order (Not as Important anymore)

To all interested parties:

We currently have one Justice residing on the Supreme Court(myself).  There are several important suits being brought to the Court at this moment.  As it would be improper for me to unilaterally begin decaring things unconstitutional, I hereby order a halt to any contested issues until two new Associate Justices have been sworn in.

This means:

1) There will be no recall election for Migrendel until the Court has ruled on the constutionality of the Federal Activity Act.

2)  There will be a moratorium on any executions within the Region of the Southeast until the Court has ruled on the contitutionality of both Nullification and the Death Penalty Aboliton Act.

I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of Associate Justice of the Atlas Supreme Court, and will do the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the Atlas Forum, so help me Dave.

That might take awhile since Dan hasn't been active here as of lately.

Well, if he doesn't take the oath within another day or two we'll start without him I guess.  I'm ok with working with a majority, but I'd like to include everyone if at all possible.
