You don't need any rules. The Mideast does fine without them. The Northeast has rules, and they have plenty of issues. We don't want to be like the Northeast.

Governor: Emperor
Lt. Governor: Shadow Hand
Speaker: Grand Moff
Assemblyman: Moff
