I have announced my candidacy for re-election.  I know things may have been tough in these past months, but I intend on staying the course and maintaining the prosperity of the Northeast.

Also, I am appointing Mr. Moderate to the vacated position of CJO.  I need the Assembly to recommend an appointment for Lieutenant Governor.

I firmly applaud this appointment, Fezzy is a great guy with a lot of esteem, and though we occasionally disagree, I think this game would be much better off for his presence then it has been without him.

A special election for the empty assembly seat will be held next week, Friday, March 28th.  The voting booth for the two amendments will be opened tonight.

It is signed.  But I hope you can figure out a proper implementation of the bill, in further legislation.  For example, having the free, clean needles distributed at hospitals and clinics.
