Too bad Coon Rapids isn't more Democratic. If it was it could have swung Anoka County back to Obama.

It seems strange at first that Minneapolis had a higher Dem. percentage than St. Paul, but I guess thats because all those suburbs bring Hennepin's average down while Ramsey has fewer suburbs as a percentage of its total population.
