I have been to Ottawa.

CA CD 48 (includes the cities of Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest (formerly known as El Toro), Tustin, and parts of Newport Beach, and San Juan Capistrano).

Yes, I went to a bridge tournament in downtown Minneapolis (actually my travel there paid for by the National Contract Bridge League (I and my partner were novice superstars, as it were), and was rather shocked at how  drab a town it looked as an aesthetic matter. It turned out, that at more advanced levels as time went on, I lacked the necessary talent as to the play of the cards, although my bidding was near expert. So that was my "peak" bridge experience. I ultimately went on to another hobby.

By the way, we came in third in that tournament, and I have this really ugly trophy to "prove" it. Smiley

I already posted  my CD, the "gold coast" of OC, CA CD 48.
