If the margins downstate hold, Quinn probably is going down.

I'd want to see more from the Chicago suburbs before saying for sure, but I'd be inclined to agree with you.

Kirk is also losing a few counties downstate FWIW, but he should still be fine.

  No results from State Rep Dist 114 yes, so nothing in the East St. Louis metro area has reported and only 1 precinct from DuPAge in the County Board Chairman's race so alot to go.

Just added up the Cook County and Lake County totals (the county reporting is almost complete) and Julie Hamos would need to make up about a 400-vote margin from what's left. Not likely to happen with only about 45/290 precincts left in Cook, where she only leads by 600ish votes.
