Anderson/Anderson in lanslide

My take:

A lot of 30% states I know.  Those will really be close states due to high African American population, socially liberal/fiscally conservative white suburbs with a dash of the Bible Belt.  I'm thinking the South is a Jackson vs. Robertson race while the High Plains and Mountain West is Anderson vs. Robertson.

It's hard not to see Anderson winning in a landslide in this situation. Hell, I even think Utah would vote for him.

I agree with Flyers' map except Utah -- Robertson believed Mormonism to be a cult.   Utah would be a massive Anderson landslide.

The I reverse that and Idaho as well.  Again, with the religious I never know how crazy things play out.

Anyone but Jackson. It would mostly be a two way race with Jackson winning almost nothing. I think Anderson wins.

Jackson would have at least double digits in the Southern and urban northern states.

Think I'll revise it:

I don't think WV and AR are all that religious plus in 1988 they were more Democratic.  I also have to take into account LA is heavily Catholic in the South along with probably 15% voting for Jackson.  I don't think Robertson is that good to really win many states at all and he has indeed pissed off other religions.  My new map:
