big thing about the poll is the GOP primary:

Campbell 30%, former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina 25%, and DeVore 6%, with 39% undecided

Actually, the fact that a non-joke candidate like Campbell is currently leading the GOP primary is very good news for Republicans

Two weeks ago, I would have agreed with you.  Today, I'll move it outside chance.

I'm not that much a fan of Tom Campbell.  I will vote for him, though, if it means getting Boxer out of office.

He's the only candidate who can win IMO.  He's not a far-right hack and he's not a gaffe-prone failed businesswoman who ran her company into the ground.

Looks like we may wind up in for another Massachusetts if Campbell gets the nomination.

The sh*t's really starting to hit the fan for the Democrats this year.

Er, no. Boxer isn't an incompetent and knows how to run a campaign.

But will he be able to compete finically?

She hasn't had a tough campaign since she was elected.  If the Republican candidate comes up with enough money to contest the race, who knows how it will go?
