This thread has tempted me to clarify a few things on the reality of Saudi Arabia and to remove any stupid misconceptions, myths and theories which float around. 'Cause they sure do exist.

You know he's the guy who actually lived in SA for a decade?
My post was sincere.  I like when my ignorance is fought...unlike somebody that gets a religious only education.

I guess it would depend on the "religion".  I'm sure a guy with a Buddhist only educated might be a little more open minded than say an Oral Roberts grad.

Horrible country.  We should stop cozying up to them as we rampage around the world defending "freedom."  Atleast maybe our foreign policy would look less hypocritical.  That won't be until the oil dries up, though.
