The President needs to be 100+ years old at any time in office. He/She could be elected at age 92 and leave office at age 100. If a President already left office by the time he/she turned 100, this doesn't count.

I'd say After 2300.

Will he even make it to 2024? I think that there is a good chance he will live over 90, but I'm not sure about age 100 or over. Didn't many members of his family die of some disease (the name of which I forgot)?

And when will that be (in your opinion)? BTW, Reagan was President until age 77 when life expectancy in the U.S. for men was about 72. Thus, life expectancy only needs to reach 95-100 in order for the U.S. to possibly have its first centenarian President. BTW, some mayor in a small Florida town was 102 (I think) when she died several days ago. I'm serious. I will provide you a link if you want.

Do you mean a president who reaches 100 while in office or simply a president who reaches 100 at any point in their life?

In this case, Roch, we have to wait until lifespan would be much longer.

No chance we'll ever see this.

I'm inclined to say 2150-2200. However, it is possible right now if one looks closely...

If Obama, Biden, and Pelosi all die in a simultaneous affair, the Presidency would pass to Bob Byrd, and if he was re-elected in 2012 and 2016, he'd reach 100 before the end of his term.

(However, him running for re-election is incredibly unlikely)

I'm not even sure Byrd will make it to 100. Only about 1 out of about 18 men aged 92 make it to 100. Even if Byrd lives to 93, that will still statistically make his chances of reaching 100 only about 1/13. BTW, I think Byrd might run for reelection in 2012 if he survives until then.
