I've hesitated between him and another one (a big one Wink), but I vote for

Paulus

not a great one before Stalingrad and ready to be very loyal to Soviet lies after 1944.
Sure, he saved many lives by surrendering, but his personal image is really overvalued.
(and he was GFM for one day...)

Being in the top 6 is fine for him.

You can't say big negative things on him. Except that he was loyal until the very end. And that he wasn't a big soldier.
Being in the top 5 is probably enough for him.

(I know Manstein wasn't clean, but he made it quite easily so far... I don't want to vote for him now Wink Amazing to see that he received one vote as soon as in the first round !!)
