He's running for... something in 2010. Governor? Senator? Attorney General? Chillicothe City Dogcatcher? Who knows?

I guess this guy just can't take a hint.  His state doesn't want him, the party doesn't want him, and he's a sniveling bastard.  We should find his address and send him a box of tampons.

Somebody has to lose to Strickland. 

No Democrat ran against Dick Lugar in Indiana in 2006. Considering that 2006 was a catastrophic year for Senate Republicans, and that Indiana has been drifting away from the GOP, that shows how successful Lugar was.

That's not to say that if Lugar retires in 2012, then his successor won't be a Democrat. 

Does anyone here think as I do that Lugar would have been a fine President when he was the right age? I figure that he would have prevented the 9/11 attacks, and that he would have never had any use for Karl Rove.
