For this final round, we will use another system :

First of all, this vote will be held with a Condorcet method. So you should vote 3 times : DSK/Moscovici, Moscovici/Hollande, Hollande/DSK. For each of these votes, you have 100 votes that you must split as you want between the two.
The person that gets most votes in both duels will win. That means that the more you like someone, the most votes you will give to him.

If everyone is honest with himself (not just hacking vote with 100-0, 0-100 and 50-50 for example), it's a very fine rule.
